This page explains what Water Softener San Diego does with the details you give it. Water Softener San Diego is an independent referral service, not an installer, plumber or equipment seller: its job is to pass your request to an independent local water treatment pro.
What the forms collect
The short form on the homepage and the inner pages asks for your name, your phone number, what you need and your ZIP code. The form on the contact page also asks, optionally, for your email address, your water provider or whether you are on a well, and anything else you choose to write. Nothing else is asked for. Please do not send payment details or ID numbers through the form.
What happens to it
When you send a form, your request is stored on this website and emailed to the site’s operator. The operator passes your details to an independent local water treatment pro, so that the pro can contact you by phone or email about your water.
If you hire a pro
If you go on to hire a pro, the pro keeps its own records of the work and of you as a customer. Those records are the pro’s, not this website’s, and the pro’s own policies apply to them.
Removing your details
You can ask to see, correct or remove what you sent through the form. Use the contact page and say which request is yours (the name and phone number you used) and what you would like done.
Changes
If the way this site handles your details changes, this page will be updated.
